Shanghai Marine Diesel Engine Research Institute (SMDERI) was awarded with the honor as advanced construction contractor in terms of HSE management in 2018 by Zhejiang Petrochemical Co. Ltd (ZPC). Being the EPC contractor of the open ground flare for 40MT/a refining & chemical complex project (Phase I), SMDERI had finished the engineering, procurement and fabrication work by the end of April, 2018 and started site installation since May, 2018. During the installation phase, zero accident happened and the HSE performance was highly appreciated by ZPC.
