Acid Gas Burner
Acid gases usually consist of H2S, NH3, CnHm, CO2, etc. among which H2S and NH3 are both corrosive and poisonous. So the processing of acid gases generated during oil refining process is a critical issue to oil refineries.
Acid Gas Burner, developed by SMDERI and with independent intellectual property, can establish highly intense flame and obtain well-mixed of acid gas and air. The Acid Gas Burner can handle acid gas containing ammonia and heavy hydrocarbons, and control the flame shape as well so that it can adapt to the structure of the combustion chamber and reduce the resistance during operation. With an optimized structure of air supply pipelines, the burner can achieve a stabilized flame, a controllable combustion temperature and lower NOx emissions. The Acid Gas Burner can be widely installed in the medium/large scale sulfur recovery facilities of the petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, and natural gas refineries.
