Low NOx Burner
The Low NOx Burner is specially designed by SMDERI for the industrial power boiler and heater to decrease the emission of NOx.
Advantages of the Low NOx Burner:
* New technology of staging controlled is adopted to split the flame and form a well-distributed high temperature zone, so as to avoid partial high temperature flame occurred.
* Specific designed structure makes the flue gas generated from combustion to back flow near the flame root and stabilize it, so as to reduce the concentration of oxygen and finally minimize the NOx emission.
* The concentration of NOx contained in the exhausted flue gas:
lower than 60mg/Nm3,
lower than 30mg/Nm3 subject to working condition.
* The concentration of CO is lower than 40ppm.
* The flame length is controllable.
