Waste Heat Boiler for catalytic cracking unit with desulfurization & denitrification system
◇ This type of waste heat boiler is specially designed for the catalytic cracking unit with
desulfurization and denitrification device to match the requirement of latest
environmental protection regulation, which greatly reduces the emissions of NOx, SOx
and the catalyst dust.
◇ Various types of waste heat boiler are developed based on the research and study on
such key technologies and structures as positive pressure incineration of regenerated
flue gas containing CO, pressure sustained by the boiler body, arrangement of module
for ammonia spraying denitrification.
◇ The ANSYS software is applied to analysis the stress, calculate the strength and
deformation so as to design a proper seal structure and ensure the pressure at flue
gas side to be over 12Kpa and a long service life.
