Integrated Ignition Start Up Pulverized Coal Burner with Flame Detection 1000t/D~2500t/D
The integrated ignition, start-up and coal burner developed by SMDERI serves as the ignition burner, start-up burner and process burner at the same time and has flame detection, video monitoring and temperature measuring functions. It mainly used to perform thorough mixing and atomization of oxygen/steam mixture and pulverized coal delivered by gas at the burner exit and cause strong redox reaction in the combustion chamber with a temperature of 1450-1650℃ and a pressure 4.5Mpa so as to produce syngas mainly containing H2 and CO.
Currently over 30 such burners have been installed and operated in high temperature, high pressure and rich oxygen environment for long time. The burner head is proved to have extraordinary resistance to high temperature, oxidation and wear and can satisfy the requirement for the pulverized power entrained flow bed gasification process.
I Work principle
The integrated burner is made up of the integrated ignition burner and the main burner.
Away from center to the outer circumference, the channels of integrated ignition burner are arranged in the following order: central nitrogen purge channel (flame observation and detection), ignition fuel gas channel, ignition oxygen channel and inlet/outlet cooling water channel. The high energy ignition gun of special design is capable of steady ignition and can be used as pilot when the gasifier receives coal and starts operation.
With the integrated ignition burner mounted in the center, the channels of main burner away from center are respectively the ignition burner, main oxygen channel (mounting clearance between the ignition burner and the main burner), the pulverized coal channel and the cooling water channel. Matching the chamber configuration of the gasifier, the burner ultimately delivers such media as pulverized coal, oxygen, steam into the high temperature and high pressure gasifier in the atomized status desired by the gasification process so as to produce syngas.
